It’s so easy a bad b*$!# could do it

STEP 1:

Open  60ml bottle pour 50ml of water into bottle. (50ml of water is required for every packet of lash shampoo concentrate)

STEP 2: 

Open 1 packet of lash shampoo concentrate, empty all of solution into bottle with water

STEP 3:

Close bottle tightly & shake for 10-20 seconds 

STEP 4

Foam test: You should have a rich consistency if the foam is too runny, you, you may have added too much water
